Rotherham CAMRA pub of the year - Still!

Emma and the team are proud to be Rotherham pub of the year 2015, 2014, 2013 & 2011

A great traditional village pub with excellent beer,
wonderful home cooked food and a warm welcome.

The Beehive is a traditional pub tucked away in the village of Harthill, near Worksop.
We serve a wide variety of delicious home cooked food, including plenty of vegetarian and gluten free options.
The pub offers two separate rooms for diners to enjoy their meal in a friendly and cosy environment.

Beehive History

Situated directly opposite the All Hallows church on Union Street the Beehive is part of the heart of the old village. The building can be traced back to at least 1833 when a Mr. Joseph Holmes was listed as 'Victualler [licensed purveyor of spirits] and Lime Burner (Bee Hive)'. There is a building listed on the site in the 1720 survey, though it is not known if it was a pub in those days.
The photograph above shows the pub with white render which was introduced when it was a Tetley's pub.
In 2015 under new ownership the pub was completely refurbished with the outside being returned to its original stunning stonework.
